At Estelas, we deeply value our customers and the care they take in choosing handcrafted pieces. Every order matters to us, and your satisfaction is our priority.

Return Period

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused

• In their original condition

• With all tags and packaging intact

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
